John Church

John Church has focused on bankruptcy law since graduating from law school in 2004. He’s a strong advocate of consumer rights and a firm believer in the fresh start policy behind our bankruptcy laws. He concentrates on spreading the good news about bankruptcy through his blog and law practice. His firm specializes in representing consumers in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Mr. Church attended the University of New Mexico, majoring in Latin American Studies, and later the Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. He is a member of the California Bar Association, the San Diego Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
