Jim Nguyen

I founded my law practice in Personal Injury, a field that aligns closely with my personal values and upbringing. My parents, immigrants who fled the Vietnam War to come to the U.S., taught me the importance of hard work and compassion. These principles not only shaped who I am but also fueled my desire to help others, steering me towards a career in law. I earned my law degree from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law. My professional journey began at Callahan, Thompson, Sherman & Caudill, one of California’s leading insurance defense firms. While at CTSC, I acquired critical insights into how insurance companies operate. This knowledge has been instrumental in helping me devise effective strategies for my clients’ cases. Whether I am negotiating a settlement or representing clients in a jury trial, I am committed to delivering excellent representation to everyone I serve. In 2019, I took a major step forward by starting my own firm. Since its inception, I have maintained an impressive record, successfully resolving hundreds of cases and recovering millions of dollars for my clients. In 2024, my firm was rebranded and is now known as Win Nguyen Law, a name that has gained recognition in the field.
