Jenny Huynh

Jenny Huynh holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Georgia State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. She was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 2005. Jenny spent her early career working in various legal practice areas that included criminal, bankruptcy, real estate, and family law. She ultimately discovered her passion for both business and personal injury law, founding JH Law Group in 2010. Jenny’s business practice helps businesses with everything from entity formation, licensing, partnership agreements, and succession planning, to contract negotiations, dispute resolution, employment law compliance, and litigation. Her personal injury practice experience extends well beyond car accidents to wrongful death, large commercial trucking cases, catastrophic injury, and premise liability. Jenny is a member of the Georgia State Bar, the American Association of Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association. JH Law Group’s team is fluent in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Hindi, Amharic, Tigrinya, Burmese, and Spanish.
