Jerry Miller

Jerry A. Miller is a South Dakota attorney and the founder of Jerry Miller Law PLLC. Before entering private practice, he served for more than twenty years as the elected State’s Attorney for Union County, where he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases and advised county government on civil legal matters. His legal career is complemented by extensive prior service in law enforcement, including positions with several South Dakota agencies. Miller has also taught criminal investigations at the University of South Dakota and provides statewide training on domestic violence prosecution. Drawing on decades of courtroom experience and deep ties to rural communities, he now represents clients in criminal defense, civil litigation, and family law matters throughout southeast South Dakota.
