Christian Jensen

With a venerable career spanning almost 20 years, Christian provides judicious legal representation to closely held businesses, ranging from startups and mid-sized businesses to large corporations, in complex business and commercial litigation, as well as general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions. Christian founded the Jensen Law Firm in Basking Ridge, New Jersey to serve as fractional / outside general counsel and benefit clients throughout New Jersey, New York and nationally. The Jensen Law Firm provides outside general business counsel services and focuses on all types of day-to-day business needs including complex business litigation, employment and transactional services/M&A. As a general matter, Mr. Jensen focuses on providing high-level business, financial, technology, employment, transactional/M&A, commercial real estate, intellectual property, construction, and litigation services. The firm also provides advice to executives (i) in connection with deferred compensation and long-term incentive/stock plans as well as (ii) in connection with on-boarding/off-boarding from the C-Suite. The firm specializes in providing creative and cost effective solutions to companies in the technology, pharma/biotech/life sciences, medical/healthcare, financial, family office, real estate investment, hospitality, and construction spaces. Additionally, Mr. Jensen is a NFLPA-Certified Contract Advisor/Agent. These services along with advice and strategy on negotiation, branding and marketing including Name/Image/Likeness (NIL) are provided through Level Field Sports Management LLC. Mr. Jensen completed his undergraduate studies in 2003, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University. He went on to enroll in the Seton Hall Law School. He received his Juris Doctor in 2006.
