Mr. Olexa is an AV Rated trial and business attorney currently in his 26th year of practice. His experience is extensive and diverse. Mr. Olexa has represented clients in a wide variety of lawsuits in state and federal court including defense of companies in complex product liability cases, representing both defendants and plaintiffs in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, representation of businesses and their owners in breach of contract, tortious interference, fraud, and trademark and tradename infringement claims, representation of commercial property owners in breach of lease claims, representation of insurers in insurance bad faith claims, representation of Home Owners Associations (HOAs) and property management companies, as well as representation of buyers, sellers, and real estate agents in real estate litigation.
