Jennifer Rue Kramer

I am the managing partner at Kramer Brown Hui LLP, where my practice centers on complex employment litigation in both state and federal courts. Over the years, I’ve served as lead counsel in class and multi-plaintiff actions while also representing individual employees. Recently, I was part of an all-female litigation team that successfully resolved an Equal Pay Act case against Google on behalf of Latino, Latina, Latinx, and Indigenous employees. I am proud to be an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), where I served as co-chair of the Wage & Hour Committee from 2017 to 2019 and have been a member of the Executive Board since 2019. I am also affiliated with the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. My work has been recognized by Thomson Reuters, and I have been consistently selected as a “Super Lawyer” in Plaintiff’s Employment Litigation. In addition, I was honored as a “Top 50 Female Attorney in Southern California” in 2024, 2025, and 2026 and as a “Top 100 Attorney in Southern California” in 2025 by Super Lawyers. Beyond my legal practice, I frequently speak on employment law topics at bar events, know-your-rights events, on podcasts, and in interviews with journalists. When I’m not advocating for California employees, you can usually find me in my garden, which features a beautiful collection of California native plants.
