Jeffrey Perry

Jeff combines his unique experience as both a lawyer and a businessman to fashion well reasoned and practical solutions in counseling and advising his clients. He is sensitive to the business considerations that are important to a business client and understands the operational and financial aspects of running a business. He is admitted to practice law in both Arizona and Texas and has focused his practice on business law matters including representation in the areas of entity formation, structured capital raises and financings including private placements of securities, business combination transactions, and other general company business transactions including contractual and employment matters. His practice also includes wealth and estate planning and probate administration.
