Zara Joshi

I am an Associate at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP, where I contribute to the firm’s corporate practice. My experience includes drafting legal memorandums on matters related to real property and securities, revising purchase and operating agreements, and assisting with merger transactions. I work on a variety of cases involving corporate structuring and real estate documentation. Before joining the firm, I served as a Judicial Extern for the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Five. In that role, I researched and prepared legal opinions and memoranda on issues spanning civil, criminal, and family law. I have also worked as a Legal Research Assistant at Yates Litigation and gained experience in real estate transaction coordination and marketing, where I managed complex property closings and promotional campaigns. In my free time, I enjoy drawing, painting, and video editing.
