I am Of Counsel in the Intellectual Property Group at Jeffer Mangels & Mitchell LLP, where I provide guidance to clients on both domestic and international trademark and copyright matters. My work revolves around brand development, protection, enforcement, and portfolio management. I collaborate closely with clients to create and execute trademark registration and policing strategies in the United States and abroad. I also manage extensive domestic and international trademark portfolios for companies spanning various industries, including apparel and other consumer goods, food and beverage, health and fitness, vitamins and dietary supplements, toys and games, educational services, venture capital and financial services, as well as computer software and hardware solutions for the automotive, insurance, and data security sectors.
