Marianne Martin

I am Marianne S. Martin, a Corporate Finance partner at JMBM's Corporate practice. I guide founder and sponsor-backed middle-market borrower companies through various stages of growth debt financing. My work also covers distressed and special situations, particularly with private credit lenders. Over the past few years, I have executed nearly $700 million in financing transactions, and throughout my career, I have handled restructuring and financing transactions totaling well over $1.5 billion. I am widely recognized for my knowledge in debt financing and related practices. I frequently represent both borrower and lender clients in complex commercial finance transactions, including fund finance transactions.
