Jeffrey L Austin

Jeff serves as the appointed public administrator for Durham County, which means the courts rely on him when someone dies in Durham without anyone to manage their estate. He’s active in the local bar association and the PTA at his children’s school. He takes great pride in working with families at difficult moments in their life. This work is informed by his experience as a caregiver for his father during a long illness and later administering his father’s estate.
