About
I am a personal injury trial lawyer with Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, PC, where I focus on cases involving spine and brain injuries. I also collaborate with attorneys nationwide, assisting them in trial preparation by conducting focus groups and providing strategic trial consulting. In addition to my legal work, I frequently lecture and teach for various trial lawyer organizations across the country. I serve on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice, where I co-chair the Jury Bias Litigation Group and am part of the Faculty for AAJ’s Case Plus Virtual Focus Groups. I am a Trustee of the Melvin M. Belli Society and an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice. From 2015 to 2021, I was a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Board of Trustees. Outside of the courtroom, I am the Director of Trinity Studios, an award-winning performing arts and dance studio, and the Producing Director of the Black Cat Theatre Company of NJ. I am also an author of both fiction and non-fiction. My latest book, co-authored with Jonathan Lomurro and Mark Kitrick, “Experts: Picking, Preparing, Perfecting,” is available through AAJ Press/Thomson Reuters. My fiction works include the Amazon Best-Selling novel, “Trinity,” and its sequel, “Queen Makers.” Additionally, I am a produced playwright and songwriter. I live in Northwestern New Jersey with my daughter Anna, our dog Romeo, and our cats Brian, Olivia, Roger, and Bean. Some of the honors I have received include being named a NJ Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2008 to 2013, a NJ Super Lawyer from 2014 to the present, and being recognized by the NJ Law Journal as one of the New Leaders of the Bar in 2012. I have also been listed among the National Trial Lawyers NJ Top 100 Trial Lawyers and Top 25 Women Trial Lawyers, received the NJSBA Amicus Award in 2019, and have been included in Best Lawyers in America from 2025 onward.
