Nima Javaherian

Nima was born and raised in Los Angeles, and went on to graduate from UCLA summa cum laude, with a major in psychology. His legal education took place at Harvard Law School, which led him to work as an associate and counsel at some of the largest law firms in the country. Here, Nima worked on some of the largest and most sophisticated litigation matters in the country, as well as practicing mergers and acquisitions on behalf of private equity firms. After receiving invaluable training from some of the nation's top legal minds, Nima set out on his own to found a firm dedicated to employment law and family office representation. On the one hand, Nima represents employees in connection with harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination matters. On the other hand, Nima also uses the contract negotiation skills he learned as a M&A lawyer to represent family offices in connection with their equity investments, commercial contracts and partnership agreements.
