My legal work spans various areas, including criminal cases, divorce, probate, contract disputes, elder law, and other matters as needed by my clients. I am one of the few private attorneys in Western Kentucky with the training required to handle death-penalty-level criminal cases, though I also dedicate much of my practice to serving clients in Marshall County, KY, as one of the few private attorneys with a local office. I regularly take on cases requiring litigation and am committed to fighting against injustice. My career has included seven years as a Deputy Public Advocate, during which I represented thousands of clients facing criminal charges. I tried more than a dozen felony adult cases and handled hundreds of misdemeanor actions. From 2016 to 2022, I served as Circuit Court Judge for Marshall and Calloway counties in Western Kentucky. During my time on the bench, I oversaw several high-profile cases in the state, achieving a remarkable 92% appeal success rate on the matters I presided over, well above the 75% average for Circuit Judges in Kentucky.
