James W. Martin

James W. Martin practices probate, business, and real estate law in St. Petersburg, Florida. He is board certified in real estate law by The Florida Bar. He has served on The Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee, chaired the Real Estate and Probate Law Sections of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, and authored books and articles published by organizations such as the American Law Institute (ALI), American Bar Association (ABA), The Florida Bar Journal, and West Publishing. In addition to his law practice, James W. Martin is an adjunct professor of law at Stetson University College of Law. He was inducted into the Stetson University College of Law Hall of Fame.
