I have represented all the types of parties that can be involved in bankruptcy--creditors, debtors, family farmers in chapter 12, and creditors' committee in chapter 11. I was the first head of the Office of the U. S. Trustee in St. Louis (1988-93) and have served as a chapter 7 trustee from 2004 through the present.
