Genevieve Bourret-Roy

Genevieve is an Associate Attorney at Jacoby & Meyers. She is admitted to practice law in California and in Quebec, Canada. Genevieve earned her Master of Law at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2018. She also completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Montreal and earned her Law Degree from the University of Montreal, School of Law. Genevieve started her career in litigation as an Associate Attorney at one of Montreal’s largest business law firms. After moving to Los Angeles, she decided to focus her practice on representing plaintiffs. In the last years, Genevieve litigated a diverse range of personal injury claims involving truck accidents, motorcycle accidents and dangerous conditions of property. She also successfully represented plaintiffs in front of the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District. Genevieve is skilled at drafting and arguing complex motions. Genevieve is fluent in English and French. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading and camping. She also volunteers as an adoption counselor at the East Valley Animal Shelter.
