David Pierce Uffens

David Pierce Uffens is a practicing litigation attorney and Partner at Jaburg Wilk in Phoenix, Arizona. He has conducted over 80 trials and over 150 non-evidentiary hearings, mediations, and settlements. He is also a Judge Pro Tempore in Maricopa County. David was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. David also teaches Amateur and Professional Sports Law courses as a faculty associate for the Sports Law & Business program at ASU.
