About
Jamie Miller is a Tulsa business attorney with a broad range of legal experience and a strong commitment to serving entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals throughout Oklahoma. Before entering private practice, Jamie spent ten years working in education law and policy as an administrator, assisting school districts with compliance under federal and state regulations. Jamie founded J. Miller Law Firm PLLC in 2014 as a solo practice, where she advises clients on business formation, contracts, compliance, risk management, and estate planning. She draws on her prior professional leadership experience to provide practical, solution focused counsel tailored to each client’s needs. In addition to her practice, Jamie has served as a volunteer mediator for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Oklahoma and as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau of Northeastern Oklahoma. Jamie remains active in the Tulsa business community. In 2026, she will serve another term as an At Large Board Member for the Associate’s Council of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa. She is a past Board Chair of the Bixby Metro Chamber of Commerce and a past board member of the Bixby Development Foundation. Her honors from the Chamber include Entrepreneur of the Year, Woman Owned Business of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year. She was featured in the December 2023 issue of She Is Tulsa and was named a finalist in the 2025 Tulsa World Best in the World competition for Best Attorney.
