Jeffrey Ronald Glovan

Jeffrey R. Glovan is the founder of Ironleaf Law Firm, a Montana-based practice focused on cannabis law, business planning and corporate law, contracts, estate planning, and select probate, guardianship, and conservatorship matters. He represents clients who want thoughtful, planning-driven legal counsel built around structure, compliance, and long-term stability. Jeff is a fourth-generation Montanan from Butte. After graduating from Butte High School, he earned a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of California, Davis, graduated with honors from McGeorge School of Law, and later completed an LL.M. in Taxation at New York University School of Law. He brings more than two decades of corporate and transactional experience to his practice.
