I am an experienced fractional chief intellectual property counsel with expertise in serving both startup and mature small to mid-sized companies across the United States, spanning from the East to the West Coast. In addition, I contribute to national and local not-for-profit leadership and governance advising roles. My background includes a lifelong passion for aviation, with prior experience as a military aviator and control systems engineer. My key strengths lie in developing patent portfolios and risk management strategies that align with a company's business strategies, exit plans, and budgets. I execute these intellectual property strategies through internal IP processes and external formal IP filings, monetization, enforcement, and defense.
