Jack H. Jack Pogosian is a graduate of California State University at Northridge and the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he served as President of the Armenian Law Students Association. He was admitted to practice law in California in 2015 and entered a local San Diego law firm as an Associate Attorney assisting clients with employment/labor dispute cases including wrongful termination, disability and racial discrimination, and failure to pay wages. He then moved on to working for ever-larger law firms and clients, including as an Associate Attorney at a distinguished AMLAW100 firm, one of the largest law firms in the nation. He has also served as Staff Counsel and General Counsel for several large companies in San Diego, Orange, and Silicon Valley, managing all manner of legal, business and administrative matters with efficiency and efficacy. In these capacities, Jack has litigated hundreds of cases and handled regulatory compliance issues in a wide variety of legal, business, and employment matters. No stranger to high-stakes disputes, Jack takes on trial preparation and litigation from a case’s inception to its conclusion, including courtroom advocacy.
