Academic and professional qualifications include, LLB(Hon) ( UK) , LLM( cum laude) California Western School of Law, Attorney licensed in Sri Lanka, Attorney licensed in California,USA, Diploma in Forensic Medicine and Science for lawyers( Sri Lanka). Exclusively practice in the area of immigration law with a specific focus in family immigration. Services include, family petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, naturalization applications, Removal of Conditions( I-751), Green card renewals, and N-600 applications. Have represented numerous clients before the USCIS in adjustment of status applications and naturalization applications, including other states. Have volunteered and worked as a staff attorney of Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, Immigration and Refugee Resettlement Services. Gained extensive experience in family immigration as an associate at a well established immigration law firm in San Diego.
