Glenn received a Bachelors of Science from Brigham Young University in 1997 and graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2001. Upon graduating, Glenn and his family moved to Utah where he started a small, solo-law practice representing numerous clients in bankruptcy proceedings. His success landed him an associate position with the largest consumer bankruptcy firm in Utah. In 2008, Glenn relocated his family back to Idaho to work for the boutique real estate firm May, Browning & May, PLLC. Since 2011, Glenn has focused on debtor bankruptcy relief and consumer rights practices at Idaho Bankruptcy Center.
