Joshua Lee Shepherd

I am a Partner at Iacuone McAllister Potter PLLC. With nearly two decades of experience, I focus my practice on business litigation, receiverships, and all aspects of bankruptcy law. I represent receivers, trustees, businesses, and financial institutions in matters across the country. Additionally, I have served as a court-appointed receiver. I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I earned my law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and received my undergraduate degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. I have been recognized as one of the “Best Lawyers in Dallas” (Bankruptcy & Workout) by D Magazine and have also been listed on Super Lawyer’s Texas Rising Stars for six consecutive years.
