Communicating with you is my top priority! I know that every Kentucky personal injury case is unique, and I spend time learning your story. When we first connect, I'll talk to you about the events that led to your injury, where you're at in your recovery process, and how you're feeling about your claim. After earning my Juris Doctor from West Virginia University, I began my career as a defense attorney, helping big insurance companies. However, it didn't take me long to realize that I wanted to represent PEOPLE, not big corporations. Knowing both sides of the courtroom helps me educate each of my clients on the laws pertaining to their cases and each step of the legal process in Kentucky. I strongly believe that educating my clients on their personal injury claims helps all of us make the right decisions as I negotiate with insurance companies and my clients make important decisions about the direction of their cases.
