About

Jackson Griffith was raised in Lancaster, Ohio, where he developed a strong sense of compassion and a desire to stand up for others facing challenging situations. After completing high school, he attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He later followed his passion for advocacy by enrolling at Capital University Law School in Ohio, where he obtained his Juris Doctor and prepared to represent individuals who have been injured. Jackson’s decision to pursue personal injury law was influenced by a traumatic experience in his youth. During a family trip, their vehicle was struck when a semi-truck merged into their lane. With another truck improperly parked on the roadside, the driver was forced off the road, resulting in a serious accident that left Jackson’s family injured. Experiencing the aftermath firsthand had a profound impact on him and underscored the importance of protecting those harmed by another party’s negligence. From that point forward, he was committed to helping others in similar circumstances. Today, Jackson concentrates his practice on personal injury cases, representing individuals and families affected by car accidents, truck accidents, and other negligence-related incidents. He takes pride in listening carefully to his clients and understanding their unique situations. Drawing on both his personal background and legal training, Jackson is dedicated to helping clients seek compensation for medical expenses, lost income, and pain and suffering. His attention to detail and commitment to each case help ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout the process. Outside of his legal work, Jackson enjoys cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds. He also likes to travel, especially to destinations with beaches or mountains where he can unwind. One of his favorite parts of the day is spending time with his Golden Retriever, Myles, often playing fetch together.
