Katelyn Graham

Katelyn was raised in Crossville, Tennessee. Following high school, she enrolled at Asheville-Buncombe Technical College, earning a place on the Dean’s List during the 2016–2017 academic years. She later pursued a degree in History at the University of North Carolina at Asheville, graduating summa cum laude and receiving Dean’s List honors for three consecutive years from 2017 through 2019. While at UNC Asheville, Katelyn was awarded the Greenawalt/Ready Award, the History Department’s highest recognition, for her outstanding senior thesis. During her academic career, Katelyn interned with the District Attorney’s Office in her hometown, where she assisted with prosecutorial efforts focused on securing justice for crime victims. That experience showed her the real impact of advocacy and reinforced the importance of standing alongside individuals whose lives have been disrupted by wrongdoing or negligence. Motivated by a desire to help people move forward after life-altering events, Katelyn built her career as a personal injury attorney in Tennessee. She approaches every case with the understanding that her clients are individuals facing difficult circumstances—not just case numbers. To her, effective advocacy means being present, committed, and unwavering when clients need support most. Katelyn views each matter as a chance to pursue accountability while helping clients rebuild, both financially and personally. Known for her strong work ethic and determination, she is deeply dedicated to achieving justice for those she represents. Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her Mini Aussiedoodle, Willow, hosting scary movie nights with her nieces and nephews, and traveling with family. She also hopes to one day visit a state fair in every U.S. state—especially to sample as much fair food as possible.
