Jeremy Faulk

Jeremy grew up in Dyersburg, TN with a passion for making a difference. After earning his bachelor’s in Business Management, MBA, and Juris Doctor, he began his legal career with a strong foundation. Before joining Hughes & Coleman Injury Lawyers, Jeremy worked for insurance companies, gaining valuable insight into how they evaluate claims, minimize payouts, and can be held accountable. Having also been a plaintiff in a personal injury case, he brings both professional knowledge and personal empathy to his clients. He knows the frustration victims face and uses creative strategies in negotiations and the courtroom to fight for fair compensation. As a Lexington personal injury lawyer, Jeremy combines his background with a client-first approach. Beyond his legal work, Jeremy serves as an elected member of the Fayette County Soil and Water Conservation District, where he’s been involved since law school. He’s contributed as both advisor and board member, helping expand the District’s reach and impact in the community. Outside of work, Jeremy treasures time with his three boys—Noah, Shepard, and Reed. Known for keeping their home the neighborhood “fun house”, complete with quirky lawn ornaments, he’s dedicated to creating lasting childhood memories. Most weekends, you’ll find Jeremy and his family on short trips, always chasing the next adventure together.
