Kimberly Houndji

Kim is a Florida native from Gainesville and a licensed Florida attorney admitted to practice since January 1, 2020. She founded Temple Terrace Law Group in March 2020 with a business partner and is launching her own firm, Houndji Law, in 2026 as a natural progression of her career. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from University of West Florida and her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in August 2018. Inspired early on by a family member in the legal field, Kim developed a passion for advocacy and helping others in her community. She previously worked at Farrar Law Firm and Mediation Group in Pensacola and clerked at Lansky Law Group in Brandon. During law school, she demonstrated strong leadership and academic achievement, serving as Valedictory Speaker for the Levi Woodbury class, Chief Justice of the Phi Alpha Delta Janet Reno Chapter, Treasurer of the Hispanic Organization of Legal Advocates, and a Student Bar Association Swayne Class Senator. She was also active in Phi Alpha Delta and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers from 2016 to 2018. Now based in St. Petersburg, Kim is an active member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar. She volunteers with the Sixth Judicial Circuit as a Guardian Ad Litem, advocating for children’s best interests. Outside of her practice, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, visiting beaches throughout the Tampa Bay area, traveling, gardening, and caring for her backyard chickens.
