Carlos A. Ramirez

Carlos Ramirez is a California-licensed family law attorney in Holstrom, Block & Parke’s San Francisco office, representing clients throughout the Bay Area. Known for his approachable style and professionalism, Carlos focuses on understanding each client’s circumstances and developing practical strategies to resolve family law matters effectively. Fluent in Spanish, he serves the Bay Area’s diverse communities with clear communication and dedicated client care. Carlos handles all areas of family law, including divorce, custody disputes, support matters, and complex property division, as well as premarital and postmarital agreements. He frequently represents entrepreneurs and professionals in industries such as technology, finance, and real estate, including cases involving stock options, RSUs, and other sophisticated compensation structures. Carlos earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He volunteers as a Settlement Officer with the San Francisco Superior Court and is active in the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Family Law Section and ProVisors.
