Timothy P. McArdle, CFLS, is a Certified Family Law Specialist who understands the emotional and practical challenges families face during times of transition. He focuses his practice on divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence matters, approaching each case with empathy and dedication. Timothy takes the time to listen to his clients’ concerns, explain their options, and provide steady guidance so they feel supported every step of the way. Drawing on over a decade of legal experience, Timothy combines strong advocacy with a solutions-oriented approach to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes both in and out of court. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he served on the Catholic University Law Review and competed on the trial team. Admitted to practice in California and Maryland, Timothy is committed to providing knowledgeable, compassionate representation to individuals and families during some of life’s most difficult moments.
