Dustin is a former felony and DWI prosecutor in Tarrant County, Texas where he tried over 30 criminal jury trials, including trials for DWI, Assault Bodily Injury Family Member, Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Possession of a Controlled Substance 4-200 grams Penalty Group 1, Felony Evading Arrest in a Vehicle, Burglary of a Habitation, Fail to Register as a Sex Offender, and Sexual Assault.
