Bonnie Jamae Rickert

As Director of Mass Torts at Hilliard Law, Bonnie J. Rickert leads some of the nation’s most complex, high-stakes litigations with strategic precision and unwavering commitment to her clients. She has built and managed large-scale dockets encompassing thousands of clients, earning a reputation for her meticulous case management, collaborative leadership, and ability to secure impactful results. Bonnie’s leadership spans numerous high-profile matters, including her appointment to the Plaintiffs’ Leadership in the In re: Depo-Provera Multi-District Litigation (MDL No. 3140), where she serves on both the Science & Experts Subcommittee and the Class Action Committee. She also directed Hilliard Law’s litigation against Gilead Sciences, overseeing the settlement of 2,469 cases involving serious bone and kidney injuries, and implementing innovative settlement strategies that maximized client recovery. Currently, Bonnie manages more than 20,000 active clients across dockets such as Depo-Provera, Video Game Addiction, Purdue, Mallinckrodt, Roundup, and Suboxone. She leads a team of 11 attorneys and 15 support staff, providing mentorship, developing case strategies from intake to settlement, and ensuring compliance with complex court procedures.
