Cynthia Judith Hernandez

Cynthia Hernandez is the Managing Attorney for Hernandez Family Law. She is a highly skilled family law attorney that will fight for her clients rights. Her cases have encompassed all areas of family law including Divorce, Alimony, Child Custody, Paternity, Adoptions, Modifications, Child Support, Collaborative Divorce, Relocations and Child Abductions. Cynthia previously worked as a Clerk for the Department of Financial Services in Tallahassee in the Insurance Regulation division. She later worked as a Public Defender in Pinellas County with an unprecedented winning trial record and leading the office in Pinellas County for the most trials. Understanding that she has a passion for for families dealing with divorce and custody issues, she opened her own office and focused her legal practice on Marital and Family Law. Cynthia is trained in Collaborative Divorce, she is a Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, Certified Parenting Coordinator, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and Guardian ad Litem. Cynthia is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, Washington D.C., New York, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, U.S. District Court of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Cynthia Hernandez obtained her B.A. from the University of South Florida, and her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.
