Cifford Wells is a co-founding partner at Herman & Wells, P.A. and a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney (B.C.S.), a credential held by fewer than 900 of Florida's more than 118,000 licensed attorneys. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating awarded, and has been named to the Nation's Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. He was inducted into the Top 40 Under 40 for five consecutive years by the National Trial Lawyers Association of America and is a member of the Academy of Trial Attorneys of America. Before earning his law degree, Cliff studied Occupational Safety and Health at Central Missouri State University, a background that directly affects his handling of injuries.
