J. Ashley Heredia

Ashley Heredia has practiced law for over thirteen years. Prior to practicing family law, Ashley worked as a judicial staff attorney for the Superior Court of Cobb County. Ashley has also worked for some of Atlanta's most prestigious family law firms during her career, and was Partner at Hedgepeth, Heredia & Rieder. In 2017, Ashley opened her first law practice, Sawyer Family Law, in Roswell, Georgia. Ashley managed this successful practice until opening Heredia & Lennon Family Law. Ashley is a tireless advocate for her clients. You can count on Ashley to be thorough, hardworking, and dedicated to your case. Ashley is known for giving candid and honest advice, but also providing the compassion and support her clients need. Ashley understands the toll litigation can take on a family and does everything possible to keep the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. In all of her cases, Ashley strives to maximize a client's outcome while minimizing their costs, both financial and emotional. Ashley is also trained as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL), where she represents the best interests of a child or children in a contested custody case. Ashley was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, and currently resides in Atlanta neighborhood, Morningside. When not working, Ashley enjoys traveling, live music and spending time with her daughter and her husband, a fellow Atlanta-area family law attorney.
