Herbert Weinberg

I have specialized in using bankruptcy for over thirty years helping both individuals and businesses using bankruptcy to deal with their debts and often to save their homes and businesses. Before that, I worked for two years as a law clerk for a United States Bankruptcy Judge. Having taken care of my elderly parents for years and having had four kids including two red headed daughters and an adorable granddaughter and a disabled wife, I have dealt with the chaos of life. I have found I have been able to use my life experiences to help people to realistically use the tools of the bankruptcy process to obtain a fresh start.
