Raymond Lee Panneton

Every day, people come to our law firm on their personal or professional darkest day. Generally speaking, this sense of dread is simply due to being overwhelmed by the situation before them. As a lawyer, being able to shoulder our client's burdens and guide them through the litigation process is extremely rewarding. A native of Fort Hood, Texas, I have built a national litigation practice based on my deep Texas roots. Practicing since 2013, I represent clients across Texas and nationwide facing complex business and intellectual property litigation, including non-compete violations, breach of contract matters, and fraud and misrepresentation. Whether it's a jury trial, arbitration, or mediation, my goal is to provide my clients with detailed, results-oriented representation. I have been recognized as one of “Houston’s Top Lawyers” by H Texas Magazine, as well as Young Lawyer of the Year by the Bell County Bar Association. I am an active member of the Bar, holding senior leadership positions within the American Bar Association and the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. I have also been elected a fellow of both the American Bar Foundation and the Texas Bar Foundation. When not in the office or courtroom, I am an active member of my Houston community and within my church parish. I love walking my dogs with my family, and I believe that Houston’s restaurant scene is hard to beat.
