Suzanne Hawkins

Put my experience to work for you. I offer you the knowledge and experience I've gained in 26 years as an attorney. I've worked across South Carolina and have tried cases, argued motions, and handled appeals in courts ranging from the Administrative Law Court to the Federal District Court. I now practice exclusively in family court, handling only separation, divorce, custody issues, and modification and enforcement related to divorce and custody. My focus is resolving your case as quickly and effectively as possible, but I know that the best way to settle a case is to prepare for trial. I have extensive litigation experience and am just as comfortable in the courtroom as I am at the negotiating table. We'll focus on your goals from our first meeting, and I will work to make them happen throughout your case.
