David ‘Hawk‘ Allen

Hawk Allen is a graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Hawk worked in civil litigation before getting into criminal defense. Hawk currently works for The Office of the Shelby County Public Defender as a DRU (Direct Representation Unit) attorney. DRU attorneys handle all classifications of misdemeanor and felony cases and directly represent indigent clients in cases beginning in General Sessions and continue with clients through grand jury indictment and jury trial.
