Emma Louise Conlin Haw

I was born and raised in the farmlands of the Midwestern United States. I earned an Associate in Science degree from Lincoln Trail College, marking a significant milestone as the first person in my family to obtain a college degree. My educational journey continued at Southern Illinois University, where I achieved both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry. My legal education began at the University of Houston and concluded at Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana, where I graduated with a Juris Doctorate cum laude in 2008. During my time in law school, I qualified as a mediator in the State of Texas. I also held the position of Executive Articles Editor for the Indiana Health Law Review and worked as a research assistant for two health law professors. Additionally, I gained practical experience through an internship with the Indiana Court of Appeals. Since 2008, I have been licensed to practice law in Texas and was authorized to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office in 2010. I expanded my practice to Florida in 2018 after successfully passing the Florida Bar. On a personal note, I am married and a mother to three children. Our family also includes a Weimaraner, who brings much joy to our lives.
