Daniel J. Siegel

I represent clients in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and Social Security disability claims, as well as assist with estate planning and other legal needs. Throughout my 38-year career, I have handled cases ranging from major mass torts and arguments before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to smaller matters like traffic court appearances. Many clients may not be aware of the breadth of my experience, which has earned recognition in various areas of law. Based in Havertown, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I have worked on cases of all sizes, from multimillion-dollar class actions to small claims matters. I continue to represent clients in automobile accidents, workers’ compensation claims, and slip-and-fall cases, providing each client with the same level of personal attention to their concerns.
