Nicole Rydelski

I am an Associate Attorney at Harshman Ponist Smith & Rayl, LLC, where I focus my practice on family law matters. Since being licensed to practice law in Indiana on April 3, 2025, I have been dedicated to helping clients navigate challenging legal situations with care and determination. At HPSR, I work closely with individuals and families dealing with issues such as divorce, child custody and visitation, parenting time plans, support obligations, and modifications of prior orders. I understand how emotionally taxing family law proceedings can be, and I aim to provide supportive, clear, and strategic guidance in every case. Originally from California, I earned my Juris Doctor from The University of Memphis – Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. I am committed to listening attentively, advocating thoughtfully, and working toward practical solutions for my clients. I believe in building a partnership with each client, helping to clarify their goals, develop personalized legal strategies, and maintain open communication throughout the process. When I’m not in the office, I am actively involved in the Indianapolis community and participate in the Indiana State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers section. I have a particular interest in assisting families during times of transition and promoting conflict-resolution approaches that encourage long-term stability.
