John Hyams

John M. Hyams received his BA degree from West Virginia University in 1998 and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law in 2001. John’s areas of practice include Bankruptcy, Debtor and Creditor, Business Law, and Real Estate Law. John Hyams is admitted to the Bar before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Middle District, U.S. District Court Western District of Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania. John is a member of the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association and serves on the Court Liaison and Nominating Committees. John is also a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and American Bar Association. John is an Adjunct Professor at Harrisburg Area Community College where he teaches Bankruptcy Law for Paralegals.
