Neil Alan Harris

Neil A. Harris is the senior partner of the Center and is recognized as an expert in long term care and Medi-Cal planning throughout California. Mr. Harris has practiced Elder Law for over 25 years and is one of less than 100 attorneys in California certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the Elder Law Foundation. He is among an even smaller group of attorneys in the country to be named as an Elder Law Fellow by the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He is recognized as an outstanding Elder Law Attorney by his peers in both Martindale & Hubbell and Super Lawyers of Northern California. Mr. Harris is the past chairperson of the Elder Law Committee of the State Bar of California and a former member of the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estate Section of the State Bar of California. Mr. Harris regularly teaches Elder Law courses for the State Bar of California.
