About
I’m William T. Harmon, though most people call me “Will.” As a Florida Tax Attorney, Certified Public Accountant, IRS Enrolled Agent, and Certified Tax Resolution Specialist, I focus on helping individuals, self-employed taxpayers, and small businesses resolve complex IRS and state tax issues. For more than 25 years, I’ve worked in tax, accounting, finance, and IRS representation, providing comprehensive support that considers the legal, tax, accounting, and financial aspects unique to each client’s situation. I frequently represent taxpayers in matters involving audits, appeals, aggressive collection actions, payroll tax disputes, unfiled tax returns, and complex tax controversy matters. My practice focuses heavily on IRS tax resolution services, including negotiating Offers in Compromise, establishing installment agreements, seeking penalty abatements, filing IRS Collection Appeals, obtaining Currently Not Collectible status, securing wage garnishment and bank levy releases, addressing tax liens, resolving payroll Trust Fund Recovery Penalty matters, applying for innocent spouse relief, representing clients in audits, and developing strategic collection defense plans. With multiple professional licenses and advanced tax resolution credentials, I take a highly analytical and strategic approach tailored to each client’s needs. I routinely engage directly with IRS Revenue Officers and Appeals personnel, analyze complex financial disclosures, and develop compliance strategies to minimize future tax issues while protecting client assets. I earned my Juris Doctor with a concentration in Tax and Corporate Law from Penn State Law, an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of South Florida, and completed advanced graduate tax studies at the University of Central Florida. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from La Salle University and remain active in the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers and the National Association of Tax Professionals.
