30+ years of experience in Family Law and divorce assisting clients in transition from being married to being single in the least financially and emotionally damaging way possible. Board certified in Family law, with a focus on the process of divorce, through litigation, collaborative law and mediation. From litigation to collaborative law, my focus is on settling divorce, or other family law matters, in such a way that brings our clients peace of mind, while also protecting their priorities. Our firm has led the way in using Collaborative Law for clients who are appropriate for the process. We also pursue litigation for our clients at the highest level, for those who can't collaborate, or resolve their issues in a peaceable way. We provide all family law related services, including divorce, complex property division, custody, pre-marital and post-marital agreements, grandparent access, paternity and adoption. We are also trained as collaborative attorneys and mediators.
