About

Sean comes from a family of attorneys. Sean's mother, Mary Ann Hampton, and brother, Leif Hampton, practice law in Alabama. Sean attended the University of Alabama School of Law and the Culverhouse College of Business after graduating with a Bachelor's degree Business Management. In 2005, Sean received a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from those colleges at the U of A. Sean was licensed to practice law in 2005. Sean clerked on the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals. Sean was also a staff attorney for Judges on the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. In 2009, Sean left the Court of Appeals and entered private practice. Sean's reach broadened after being admitted to practice law in Mississippi in 2013. Over Sean's tenure, he has worked at the Court of Criminal Appeals, the Court of Civil Appeals, and at two law firms. In 2013, Sean opened his own practice, which has grown every year afterward. Sean thoroughly enjoys the flexibility that comes with owning his own practice. It allows Sean to spend more time with his clients discussing their concerns. It also allows Sean to only take cases that he feels have merit. Currently, Sean practices in the Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Lousiana Social Security Office of Hearing and Appeals. Sean further litigates personal injury, criminal, landlord-tenant, and probate cases in Alabama Probate, Circuit and District Courts. Sean does not charge a consultation fee for Social Security Disability Cases and Personal Injury Cases. Sean takes those cases on a contingency as well, so the client does not pay anything unless he wins. Sean is also a Legal Shield accepted attorney.
